CSR-Corporate Social Responsibility

4S's commitment to social responsibility is an integral part of it value system. It is the commitment from the employees at Hyderabad's Four Soft office. The team at Hyderabad, as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility program, adopted a government school in the city's plush filmnagar area. This was a step taken in partnership with Naandi foundation, a not-for-profit trust working in the areas of health, education and livelihoods. The school adoption program was a part of Naandi's larger support Our School program that encourages civil society participation to help government schools in various ways and propagate the larger vision of Universalization of Elementary Education. Despite being located in an area where film stars and producers reside, the school stands without basic amenities- a black board, drinking water, teachers and walls. The school was referred to as the 'school without the fourth wall'.

The team at Four Soft is making a continuous effort in supporting the various activities in the school that will help improve the standard of education in the school. Their interventions have already brought a ray of hope to the community, teachers and children of the school, that they have a helping hand. Apart from being involved in activities like celebrating Independence Day, taking children out on exposure trips, enhancing the quality of learning by providing school stationery and books, the volunteers from Four Soft Hyderabad are actively involved in spending quality time with the underprivileged.
