Srikanth is the Chairman & Managing Director of Four Soft Limited. Through his leadership and vision, he has applied his supply chain execution experience to the innovative development of the prime products of 4S, which has become the first ever enterprise operating platforms for the logistics and supply chain management industries on the Internet. His career profile began as an executive in various supply chain execution operations such as: JV Partner & Emery Worldwide (Managing Director ), India and Asia Pacific Logistics/Distribution operations at Hewlett Packard (Manager), Singapore. Srikanth is an Industrial Engineering Graduate from REC, Trichy, India and a Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, USA.

Srikanth Reddy is also actively involved in several public service and charitable activities in his individual capacity and is also a Trustee of Justice P.C.Reddi Trust.

As Chief Operating Officer and Founder Manager, Biju brings over 20 years of broad experience out of which 17 years is in the logistics and supply chain management. Prior to joining Four Soft in the year 2000, he was in active management of Emery Worldwide India (presently UPS), a global leader in logistics. He brings in international business leadership and corporate finance experience to the company.

Outside his operating responsibilities, Biju has expertise in mergers & acquisition, funding, corporate restructuring, strong relationship with PE. He has been instrumental in bringing Four Soft to a concrete level to be one of the top five product development companies across the world in transportation, logistics and supply chain management industry. Biju has a PhD in Finance.

Soubhik has more than 24 years of software service, outsourcing and sales experience. He served as Global Delivery Head for RS Software, Kolkata and Interra Information Technologies, Kolkata and was also responsible for the P&L of each company. He has almost 2 decades of IT experience from Tata Consultancy Services. He started as IT Programmer and excelled through each area of software development life cycle. Subsequently he became the Account Manager for GE Capital Auto Financial and Railcar, Chicago. He later established TCS at Deep Midwest, USA in the role of Regional Sales Manager in charge of TCS’ Business Development for five states at Midwest region. He worked primarily in Finance domain including Credit Card applications but has 3 years of rich experience in Energy and Utility domain when he served as Group Leader at TCS responsible for Pre-Sales to Global delivery from TCS Kolkata. He helped seven Fortune 500 companies setting up their ODCs in different parts of India.

Soubhik holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Bengal Engineering College under Calcutta University, in 1986 and has Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Indian School Of Mines, Dhanbad in 1988.

Rakesh has over 19 years of work experience in corporate strategic planning, sales and program management of Baan and PeopleSoft ERPs. He has worked for Escorts Group, Tellabs Inc. and Polaris Software with 13 years experience in software industry and the rest in manufacturing & telecom. He also worked for 3 years in UK handling business development while he was at Polaris. He is an Electronics & Communications Engineering Graduate from College of Engineering, Osmania University Hyderabad and is a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Rakesh holds the P&L responsibility for Asia region which includes Japan, Far East, India West Asia and Australia/New Zealand.

Mahaboob has over 18 years of work experience in the manufacturing and transportation domains on a wide range of technologies. He has an Engineering degree from REC Nagpur (now VNIT) and an MBA from Webster University, U.S.A. He previously served prestigious companies like Mukand Limited (Mumbai), Parametric Technology Corporation (Pune) and Federal Express (U.S.A). He started his career as a mechanical and structural design engineer of material handling equipment, then moved to software development and has all round experience in product design and development, project management, and pre-sales support. Mahaboob currently heads the Technical Support function. He looks after the technology for the organization, is in charge of R&D, IT Operations, and Database Administration.

Amit Ranjan Gupta has over 17 years of experience in Software Engineering and Information Technology industry in several functions including IT services, delivery, operations, project and program management, sales, and business management. In the past, he has worked with Adayana Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (subsidiary of Adayana, Inc.) as VP – Operations & Delivery, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Larsen & Toubro Limited. In TCS, he worked in various leadership, management, and individual contributor roles - spanning across entire software development life cycle for about 13 years. During this period, he worked primarily with Fortune 500 clients in Banking & Financial Services vertical. He also has rich experience of working with multinational clients in Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Engineering Procurement & Construction, and Automotive verticals. Using global delivery model, he has worked extensively in multiple geography including USA, Japan, S. Korea, Finland, and India.

Amit holds Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and has done executive MBA (Senior Management Program) in general management from IIM, Calcutta.

Amit is responsible for global product implementation, customization, delivery, annual maintenance, and customer support of Four Soft products.

Partha has over 15 years of work experience in Manufacturing and IT domain managing the entire gamut of HR activities. His expertise includes HR strategy formation and implementations, HR metrics, HR audit/due-diligence, HR integration post merger/acquisition, global talent management, and International labour laws.

Partha is a graduate in B.Com (with Distinction) from Utkal University and MBA from The University of Queensland, Australia. He also holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) and Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP®) certifications from HRCI, USA.

Partha is responsible for overall development and management of HR policies and processes at Four Soft entities across India, Europe, US and Asia-Pacific.

Nrupesh is a Chartered Accountant and the Head of Finance, Accounts and Compliance at Four Soft Limited. Nrupesh has over 8 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing and financial reporting, corporate finance and structuring. He completed his CA internship from Ernst and Young, Hyderabad. He has previously worked with Alexandria Equities Management in the finance team and PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC) in the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking team.

He is currently responsible for managing finance and accounts of Four Soft Limited including its 6 overseas subsidiaries. He also holds Company Secretary degree and is responsible for compliance of tax and regulatory aspects of Four Soft Group.

Johnny Hanberg Thoegersen (Johnny) is the Vice President and Managing Director for Four Soft Europe. He is responsible for the overall European business development and P&L. He has over 25 years of experience in developing and supplying large ERP and production systems primarily to conglomerates within various industries. During his career, Johnny focused on customer relations, project management, sales and building a strong and professional relationship with his customers and partners.

Earlier in his career, he was associated with CCI Europe A/S for over 17 years, whereof the last 10 years were on C-level. After CCI, Europe Johnny was Managing Director of two self started successful overseas startup companies, his last assignment before joining Four Soft as Managing Director was with WoodWing B.V.

At Four Soft, he has been instrumental in driving the business forward. He has successfully built a strong network of customers and partners in Europe and has added wealth of knowledge and expertise in successfully delivering many Supply Chain improvement projects.

Recently, he took over responsibility of Four Soft Europe as Managing Director. His areas of expertise includes Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning and Sales Management.

Per Rene Villefrance is the Director in Four Soft Europe. He has been in the IT-business for over 30 years and has a Master of Economics from Aarhus University in Denmark.

He is responsible for the Development department in Denmark and has been in Four Soft for more than 15 years. His role is to secure that excellent product are build, maintained and implemented successfully. He has a very deep knowledge about ERP and Transportations systems. Before joining Four Soft, he had over 10 years of product experience in Scandinavian Tobacco Company.

Kim Friedrichsen is the Assistant Vice President for Four Soft Europe. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry as well as 6 years experience within the forwarding industry. During his career in IT, he has worked with global implementations of logistics solutions, project management and building relationships with customers and partners. He has Master of Economics from Aarhus University

His key responsibilities at Four Soft include Account Management, Sales, Consultancy and Customer Support.

Krishna Rallabhandi is the VP and Managing Director for the Americas. He is responsible for P&L and business development in the region for Four Soft. He has 12 years of experience, 11 years of which have been with Four Soft. He has a techno-functional background moving from Product Development to Product Management to Global Marketing within Four Soft. He has been leading the sales and business development for the North American market over the past 5 years. Prior to Four Soft, Krishna was working for Associated Cement Companies (ACC) in their Research and Consultancy Directorate in Mumbai, India. Krishna holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Balakrishna Reddy (Bala) is the GM and Head of Business for Asia. He is responsible for P&L and business development in the region for Four Soft. He has over 12 years of experience, 10 years of which have been with Four Soft. He has a customer facing background moving from Consulting to Marketing to Sales and to the current role of P&L Management. Bala also leads the sales and business development for the Asia market having grown from India, Far East, over the past 5 years showing tremendous successes in India, Middle East and Japan.

Bala holds Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Bangalore University.

Uno has over 40 years of work experiences in Airlines, Logistics and Consulting industries. British Airways (BOAC) as Sales, Overseas trainee, Flying Tigers(Fedex) as Marketing manager, Japan, Air Canada as Passenger & Cargo Sales Manager Japan, Japan Schenker as General manager and DHL Exel Japan as General Manager Sales, Risk manager Japan, Management/ Logistics Senior Consultant.

He is the author of three books in the airlines and logistics industries: “International Air Cargo Marketing”, “Logistics Quality/Risk Management” and “Logistics Management Innovation-Cut the logistics cost”

Uno has passed ISO final examinations and has experiences to register his name as ISO certified auditor about ISO9001(QMS), ISO14001(EMS), OHSAS18001(Health and Safety)and ISO27001(ISMS).

He has graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with Bachelor of Law and has credit for Marketing Management in graduate school of the same university.

Uno is responsible for business development in Japan.

Toru Takahashi is the General Manager-Technical for Four Soft Japan KK. He is responsible for Project Management and Technical/Functional support and Pre-sales support for our Japan operations. He has over 30 years of experience in sales delivery and implementation of technology products and solutions with over 15 years in leadership roles. He has worked previously with world leading companies like Digital Equipment Corp, Warner Music Japan, Dainippon Inks & Chemicals, and SeeBeyond (now Oracle).

He is a post graduate in Chemical Engineering from Shizuoka University, in Japan
