New Delhi, October 1, 2004 -- Four Soft Ltd has informed BSE that it has signed a stock purchase agreement for acquisition of 100 percent stock of a Netherlands based software development company specialized in freight forwarding and transportation industry.
The actual purchase and sale of shares shall take place within 17 days from date of signing of stock purchase agreement.
