Mumbai, May 27, 2005 -- Four Soft has entered into share purchase agreement (SPA) for acquiring 100% shares of Comex Frontier a Singapore based software solutions provider and MY Comex, Malaysia an eCommerce solutions provider for a cumulative purchase consideration of approximately $2.10 million.
According to release issued by the BSE today, Comex Frontier is a 11 years old company having 56 customers in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region. MY Comex is a 5 year old company having 6 customers in freight forwarding industry.
