Hyderabad, May 27, 2005 -- Four Soft Ltd on Friday said it has entered into a share purchase agreement for acquiring 100 per cent shares of Singapore-based Comex Frontier and Malaysian MY Comex Sdn Bhd for SG $2.10 million.
The SPA worth SG $2.10 million is for the acquisition of 100 per cent stake of Comex Frontier, a software solutions provider for freight forwarding and logistics companies and MY Comex Sdn Bhd, an eCommerce solutions provider for Logistics, Four Soft informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
