Mumbai, May 27, 2005 -- Software services firm Four Soft Ltd. on Friday said that it would buy Singapore's Comex Frontier, software services provider for logistics companies, and Malaysia's MY Comex Sdn Bhd, an e-commerce company, for S$2.1 million.
Shares in Four Soft recovered on the news to trade 0.2 per cent higher at Rs 47.50 in a firmer Mumbai market.
