Mumbai, July 27th 2006 - Four Soft Limited (4S) (NSE: "FOURSOFT", BSE: 532521), one among the top global transportation and logistics software products and solutions companies, has reported PAT of Rs. 5.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 as compared to Rs. 0.99 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The revenues touched a new high of Rs. 39.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 (Rs. 6.89 crore in Q1FY06).
The top ten clients contributed 68% of the revenue during the quarter. Four Soft with its focus on domain and cutting edge technology continues to attract the best talent in the industry. During the quarter the company added 144 new employees. The company continues to strengthen its core product development and delivery capabilities and is setting up a technology centre in Pune.
The integration of acquired operations are satisfactory and is ahead of schedule.
