Mumbai, June 15th 2006 - Four Soft Limited (4S) (NSE: "FOURSOFT", BSE: 532521), one among the top global transportation and logistics solutions companies, has reported PAT of Rs. 3.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 as compared to a loss of Rs. 1.12 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The revenues grew by 496% to touch a new high of Rs.36.9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 (Rs.6.2 crore in Q4FY05).
For the ended March 31, 2006, revenues have grown by 337 % to Rs. 94.8 crore compared to Rs.21.6 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005. The FY06 revenue numbers consider only 7-months of revenues from the latest acquisition (T&L division of DCS Group, Plc.). The Consolidated net profit for the year stood at Rs.6.3 crore compared to Rs.4.2 crore during last year. The EBIDTA for the year was Rs.13.0 crore compared to Rs.5.9 crore during last year.
The Board of Directors today approved the audited results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006. The Board recommended a 15% dividend.
