Hyderabad, July 28, 2009 Four Soft (4S) (NSE: "FOURSOFT", BSE: 532521), a global leader offering software solutions for transportation and logistics industry, today announced financial results for its first quarter ended June 30, 2009. The company achieved revenues of Rs. 357 million for the first quarter with operating PAT of Rs. 42.2 million. However, the actual reported PAT is Rs. 4.8 million due to forex loss of Rs.37.3 million during the quarter. The results for the current quarter are not strictly comparable with corresponding previous quarter as the quarter ended June 30, 2008 included net income from sale of customer specific source code of Rs.210.8 million. Fluctuations in currency rate and impact of reversal of unrealized gain of the previous quarter in the current quarter led to a forex loss of Rs.37.3 million. The company has also announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share of Re 5 each of the company. "The results for the quarter are satisfying considering global economic environment continues to remain uncertain. We are seeing strong opportunities for growth especially in Europe as customers are focusing on improving efficiencies and expanding business." says Mr. Rajshekhar Roy, CEO, Four Soft Ltd. Four Soft wins WMS contract from Len Lothian Ltd

The technology centre is likely to start functioning from 1st August 2006 onwards.

Four Soft's annual revenues grow 337%

Mumbai, June 15th 2006 Four Soft Limited (4S) (NSE: "FOURSOFT", BSE: 532521), one among the top global transportation and logistics solutions companies, has reported PAT of Rs. 3.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 as compared to a loss of Rs. 1.12 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The revenues grew by 496% to touch a new high of Rs.36.9 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 (Rs.6.2 crore in Q4FY05).

For the ended March 31, 2006, revenues have grown by 337 % to Rs. 94.8 crore compared to Rs.21.6 crore for the year ended March 31, 2005. The FY06 revenue numbers consider only 7-months of revenues from the latest acquisition (T&L division of DCS Group, Plc.). The Consolidated net profit for the year stood at Rs.6.3 crore compared to Rs.4.2 crore during last year. The EBIDTA for the year was Rs.13.0 crore compared to Rs.5.9 crore during last year.

The Board of Directors today approved the audited results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006. The Board recommended a 15% dividend.

Four Soft Q3FY06 consolidated revenue jump by 471%

Mumbai, January 30, 2006 Four Soft Limited (4S) (NSE: "FOURSOFT", BSE: 532521), the world’s largest transportation and logistics software product company, has reported a 471 % growth in consolidated revenues at Rs 33.55 crores for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 5.88 crores in the corresponding quarter last year.

4S had acquired DCS Transportation and Logistics Solutions division, a UK headquartered Transport & Logistics Software solutions major, with operations in UK, The Netherlands, US, France & Germany in September 2005. The acquisition established 4S as the market leader with large international client base including majority of the top twenty Transportation & Logistics companies of the world. 4S expects the results of this consolidation exercise by 2 nd quarter of FY 2006-07.

4S has reported that the Consolidation of the acquired entities have been successful and are in line with the strategy of the Company. The customers are generally satisfied with the current organisation, service levels and stability, post-acquisition. The customer risk post acquisition has been mitigated. 4S have strengthened their management team and also in the process of adding more manpower in India. 4S had also increased the infrastructure in Hyderabad by adding more facilities such as office space of around 14,000 sft and necessary equipments as a part of expansion strategy.

The Consolidated year to date Revenue for the nine months ended 31 st December 2005 has grown by 274 % at Rs 57.89 crores compared to Rs 15.47 crores for the nine months ended 31 st December 2004.

The Consolidated net profit for the nine months stood at Rs 2.86 crores compared to Rs 5.27 crores in corresponding period last year. The Consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 0.18 crores compared to Rs 1.15 crores in corresponding quarter last year. The Board of Directors today approved the unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31st, 2005.
